Accuris DNA Quantification Kits are designed for accurate fluorescent quantification of ssDNA using an instrument such as the Qubit™, SmartDrop™ XF, or Accuris™ Fluorometer.
The assay reagent is diluted using the buffer provided, sample is added (1 µL to 20 µL), and the concentration can be determined using an appropriate fluorometer instrument that utilizes blue excitation and measures green fluorescence.
ssDNA Assay Kit
Accuris ssDNA Kit provides a simple and accurate method for quantifying single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) or oligonucleotides.
The assay kit is accurate at detecting ssDNA between 0.05-200 ng/µL.
While the kit is not selective for ssDNA over double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) or RNA, it does not detect contaminating proteins or nucleotides. Additionally, the kit demonstrates insensitivity to low concentrations of common contaminants such as proteins, salts, solvents, and detergents
