The Memmert HCP105 humidity chamber create the perfect environment simulation in building physics, electronics, biology, zoology and botany. 

Humidity chambers are designed to observe and test the effect heat and humidity have but without condensation build-up.

Memmert humidity chambers are equipped with twin display controls (high definition TFT) to split up the workload and make programming of all parameters quick and easy. 

The onboard AtmosControl software allows for remote programming that can be done via mouse/PC or tablet, and data can be transferred using USB stick and Ethernet/LAN.

A wide range of parameters can be set including: Temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit), relative humidity, program time, time zones, daylight savings time.

Memmert humidity chambers feature Function SetpointWAIT - freezing the countdown timer until the unit has reached the programmed temperature. 

The Memmert HCP105 humidity chamber comes with two stainless steel electropolished shelves, six total shelf capacity.

How is humidity controlled in a Memmert HCP Humidity Chamber?

Memmert humidity chambers utilize an active microprocessor control for humidifying and dehumidifying (20 – 95 % rh). The system includes digital indication and auto-diagnostic system to ensure even more rapid reaching of set humidity and very short recovery times.

Humidity is supplied using distilled water via an external tank and a self-priming pump. Bacteria is blocked from entering the chamber by generating hot steam and dehumidifying via sterile filter.

Not all climate chambers are the same. The humidity content of the chamber load, the ambient conditions and the respective temperature-humidity working range are decisive factors in the selection of the right appliance. In the adjacent diagram, you can see the possible temperature/humidity combinations for our humidity chambers HCP. Within the respective temperature-humidity range, permanent operation is possible (at an ambient temperature of 22 °C ± 3 K, relative humidity < 50 %). Condensation may occur in the threshold range. To which extent depends on the humidity content of the chamber load and the ambient conditions.
