One of the more popular centrifuges for its convenience and price. The Labnet MPS 1001 microplate spinner is designed to perform quick spin downs and concentrate PCR reagents before or after performing a PCR run to increase yield.
The operator simply seals their plates and then inserts them vertically through the slot at the top.
Two PCR plates must be used at a time for proper balance.
