Ohaus Guardian 5000 hotplate-stirrers feature an exceptionally durable, chemical resistant, white ceramic work surface.

The space-efficient design makes Ohaus Guardian hotplate-stirrers ideal for use on crowded benchtops and inside bio-hoods.

Use your Ohaus Guardian hotplate-stirrer for boiling water, water/oil bath preparation, sample and solution preparation, dissolving buffers and reagents, or preparing media or concentrating samples.

Advanced microprocessor controls allow quick, precise adjustment of speed and temperature. The large, backlit LCD display provides constant visualization of the speed and temperature while a safety LED indicates when the top plate is active.

Stir up to 22L with this powerful motor

The large, square 10 in. work surface is compatible with a wide variety of popular sizes of borosilicate glass beakers, flasks, bottles and other vessels.

Optional support rod and temperature probes are available for purchase.
