Accuris RNA Broad Range Quantification Kit are designed for accurate fluorescent quantification of RNA using an instrument such as the Qubit™, SmartDrop™ XF, or Accuris™ Fluorometer.
The assay reagent is diluted using the buffer provided, sample is added (1 µL to 20 µL), and the concentration can be determined using an appropriate fluorometer instrument that utilizes blue excitation and measures green fluorescence.
Designed for specificity of RNA over single-stranded (ssDNA) or double-stranded (dsDNA), the kit enables reliable detection of RNA concentrations ranging from 1 ng/uL to 1000 ng/ul.
This kit offers superior stability and sensitivity compared to other broad-range RNA quantification kits.
