The surface has been treated with vacuum gas plasma and provides the positive charge that adherent cells depend on for healthy growth and development.
This is due to the negative charge in the cell DNA which attaches itself to the treated surface.
Featuring a wide mouth opening similar to the common tissue culture treated flask.
