The MyGel Instaview combines the popular MyGel Mini Horizontal DNA gel box with a Blue LED light source and integrated amber filter - no additional power sources are needed.
Additionally, the complete system includes the SmartDoc Gel Viewing Hood for imaging gels using a smart-phone or tablet device.
With the MyGel Instaview you can cast agarose gels, load DNA samples that have been tagged with a safe-green dye like our SmartGlow Pre-Stain or Loading Dye, and watch the band separation in real time as the run is underway.
The MyGel Instaview comes with casting units and combs to create one 10.5 x 6 cm or two 5 x 6 cm gels.
The combs are double-sided with the smaller side being multi-channel compatible.
Maximum buffer usage is 250mL
Choose from three different voltage levels, 35V, 50V or 100V and select your run-time (up to 99min. or set to continuous)
The specially designed integrated amber filter will not fog up from condensation.
