Insert one of these spin columns into a 2mL receiving tube, add pieces of DNA gel and centrifuge at 15,000xg for five minutes.
The gel will be strained through the 600um holes into the bottom of the receiving tube
Fragments will be small enough to be aspirated and dispensed using wide bore pipette tips
