50mL centrifuge tubes have easy to read black graduation lines marked every 2.5mL with a +/- 2% accuracy
Made from temperature safe polypropylene (just the tube, the cap is HDPE) and may be repeatedly autoclaved.
The tube and cap can be safely frozen in -80C ULT freezers as well
